Joining the Crafts of Character Brand

How to become a part of the brand

You must apply to the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development to become part of the Crafts of Character Branding Program. You must meet all brand criteria to be given permission to use the brand.

Producers apply by making a submission through the department's Product Review Process .

Retailers apply by submitting a Retailer Application to the Craft Section of the Department.

The Crafts of Character brand and copyright is owned by the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development and may only be used by approved producers or retailers who have received written permission from the department.
